Setup Guide

Get NotifyPro running in under 5 minutes.

Notifications are sent from notificationpro.vaultsuite.store — make sure this domain is allowed in your browser and OS notification settings.

Quick Start

Install from Marketplace

Search "NotifyPro" in the GHL Marketplace, click Install, and authorize access.

Open NotifyPro

Find "NotifyPro" in your sub-account's left sidebar and click to open.

Enable channels

Turn on Slack (paste your webhook URL) and/or Browser Push (allow permission when prompted).

Test it

Click "Send Test" on any enabled channel to verify notifications arrive.

Forward notifications to a Slack channel via webhook.

  1. Go to api.slack.com/apps and create or select an app
  2. Enable "Incoming Webhooks" and add to your workspace
  3. Copy the webhook URL and paste into NotifyPro settings
  4. Click "Send Test" to verify

Browser Push

Desktop notifications even when the browser is minimized. Supported: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari 16+.

Brave users: Enable "Use Google services for push messaging" in brave://settings/privacy and turn OFF "Block scripts" via Shield icon.

Push works on one device per user. Enabling on a new device replaces the previous one. Use Slack for multi-device.

Priority Keywords

Messages containing these words always notify, even outside business hours. Good for: urgent, asap, emergency, refund.

Can I use NotifyPro on multiple sub-accounts?

Yes. Each sub-account has its own independent settings and billing.

Does it work on mobile?

Push works on Android Chrome/Firefox. iOS Safari has limited support. Slack works everywhere.

How do I uninstall?

Remove NotifyPro from the GHL Marketplace. No recurring charges — billing is per-notification.
