Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using NotifyPro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

NotifyPro is a notification service for GoHighLevel CRM that delivers real-time alerts for inbound messages and tasks via browser push and Slack. The service is provided by VaultSuite.

3. Account & Access

You access NotifyPro through your GoHighLevel account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each user configures their own notification preferences.

4. Pricing & Billing

• NotifyPro uses pay-per-notification pricing: $0.01 per notification
• Charges are billed through your GHL CRM Wallet
• No monthly subscription fees, no minimum spend
• Billing is automatic — each notification sent is charged immediately
• You can monitor usage in your CRM Wallet

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for spam, phishing, or malicious purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Exceed reasonable notification volumes (rate limiting is enforced)
• Share your access credentials with unauthorized parties

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Notification delivery depends on third-party services (browser push providers, Slack).

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of NotifyPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process only the data necessary to deliver notifications.

8. Intellectual Property

NotifyPro, its code, design, and branding are owned by VaultSuite. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

NotifyPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed notifications, delayed delivery, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify VaultSuite against claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

• You can stop using NotifyPro at any time by uninstalling from the GHL Marketplace
• We may suspend or terminate access for terms violations
• On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
