NotifyPro ("we", "our") is a notification service for GoHighLevel CRM users, operated by VaultSuite. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: GHL location ID, company ID, user ID, email, and name (provided via OAuth)
• Notification preferences: Channel settings, business hours, timezone, priority keywords
• Push subscription data: Browser push endpoint, device info, browser type
• Message metadata: Conversation IDs, contact names, message snippets (for notification content only)
• Slack webhook URLs: Stored to deliver Slack notifications

2. How We Use Your Data

• Deliver notifications to your configured channels
• Apply your filters (business hours, keywords)
• Route notifications to the correct user and device
• Process billing via GHL Marketplace

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

3. Data Storage & Security

• Data encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest (AES-256)
• Hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Access restricted to authorized personnel only
• OAuth tokens stored encrypted with automatic rotation

4. Data Retention

• Notification history: retained for 30 days, then automatically deleted
• Settings and preferences: retained while your app is installed
• On uninstall: all data deleted automatically

5. Third-Party Services

• GoHighLevel: CRM platform integration (OAuth, billing, message data)
• Web Push Services: Browser-native push delivery (Google FCM, Apple APNs, Mozilla Push)
• Slack: Webhook delivery (only if you configure Slack)

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Access your stored data by contacting us
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Export your notification settings
• Opt out of notifications at any time by disabling channels
• Uninstall the app to trigger automatic data deletion

We comply with GDPR and CCPA requirements. For data access, deletion, or portability requests, email us at the address below.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the app.
